Josh York, Owner/Head Trainer

Josh York has been working in the fitness industry since 1999. Holding two Personal Trainer Certifications from ISSA and IFA, along with years of hands-on experience working one-on-one with clients, Josh has trained professionally at various gyms and privately owned personal training studios throughout the Tri-State Area. As owner and head trainer of GymGuyz, Josh's goal is to bring the experience of working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle right to your front door, office building, local park or setting of your choice. Josh earned his B.S. in Business Management from C.W. Post, Long Island University with the determination to turn his life passion into a business that could help others maintain and achieve their personal fitness goals. Josh incorporates a multitude of workout routines and exercises to meet his clients' individual needs. A Certified Kickboxing Aerobics Instructor, Josh incorporates his training and familiarity with exercise into each session. Josh enjoys being given the opportunity, as well as responsibility, to empower, motivate, and challenge his clients in order to develop their motivation and appreciation for fitness and nutrition.


Jason York, Owner/Head Trainer

Jason York is an ISSA and IFA. Certified Personal Trainer who has numerous years of experience working one on one with clients. Jason has trained professionally with house clients and at various gyms and studios in Long Island. Jason excels in keeping his clients healthy, motivated, and feeling great about themselves through exercise and nutrition. Trained professionally in Kickboxing, Jason incorporates many different aspects of exercise into your cardio and strength training workout. Jason specializes in making his clients healthier and stronger while instilling life-long habits that will keep them looking and feeling their best.


Shane Romano, Certified Personal Trainer

Shane is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and has been working in the fitness industry for 6+ years. His wide range of expertise and practical experience enables him to work with his clients to lose weight and inches, tone their bodies, gain strength and stay motivated to live a healthier lifestyle. Shane continually challenges and encourages his clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries. As a dedicated and knowledgeable trainer, Shane will customize and design a program so you can achieve the look and feel you desire.


Jackie Ach, Certified Personal Trainer

Jackie's expertise in both sports conditioning and aerobic style training keeps her clients motivated, as they shed pounds and burn calories. Her knowledge of personal training, combined with her dedication is what makes all of her clients work hard to achieve their personal goals.
